Meet the FOUNDER

  • Richard has spent the last 12 years in IT and Cybersecurity. He has built his cybersecurity background around customer-centric security initiatives with particular attention on the attacker mindset to drive security education.

    Richard has served as a Cybersecurity Manager for a Fortune 25 Offensive Security Red Team focusing his efforts studying and simulating threat actors and training individuals to identify and avoid attacks. Additionally, he has built his training and education material on the foundation of industry expert data, research, and results from professionals in banking, government, retail, and small businesses that serve local communities.

    Richard is the author of the PERSINT methodology (Personality Based Open-Source Intelligence, a means for building rapid rapport through Online Personality Identification) and has conducted numerous projects within the red teaming and penetration testing fields with a specific focus in Social Engineering (SE), Physical Penetration testing, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
